While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, audit reports are provided "as is" without warranties. SEO recommendations are suggestions and results may vary.

7.2 White-Label Reports

If you use our white-label reporting features, you are responsible for how you present and use the reports with your clients.

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in content or reports

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monster Audit from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
